Choose File > Share. Under Share with People, type the names or email addresses of people you’d like to share your notebook with. In the drop-down box on the right, choose whether each person can edit or just view your notebook. Add a personal note, if you’d like, and choose Share.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Select File > Share > Get a Sharing Link. You will be able to specify whether those you share with can edit or only view your work.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Just use a file synchronization software, like Dropbox, Google Drive, Bittorrent Sync, etc., and create the Notebook in a directory shared by both of you. Of course, if you are going to share a sensitive data you can always use another layer of security on top of the file sync software, like CryptSync.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
OneNote Online From any browser on any device, easily sign in to OneNote for the web so you always have access to your notes. Sign in to Office.com with your Microsoft account, or work or school account. Select OneNote. Select the notebook that you want to open.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Upon receiving an email that a OneNote Notebook is shared with you, open the email and click on the name of the notebook OR click the link to the shared notebook. This will open the OneNote Notebook in the online version.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

To save the OneNote notebook as a PDF, choose “Print” from the menu at the OneNote window’s top right. If you have an older version of OneNote, you’ll find the PDF option in the Export menu in the left sidebar.
