Using Evernote for Mac or Windows, you can publish a notebook (make it public) by sharing it with a link. Anyone who has the link can access the notebook.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The new Evernote for Windows Right-click on selected note(s) and select Export…. Select a file format (ENEX, single-page HTML, or multi-page HTML). Check or uncheck the attributes you’d like to export with your notes (e.g., tags, created date, author). Click Export.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Two or more users cannot simultaneously edit the same note in a shared notebook. If two users do make edits on the same note, then two copies of the note are created. One copy will retain all edits from one user, the other copy will retain the other edits.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
While OneNote is by no means unpleasant to use, Evernote is more user-oriented. Its search and organization are better handled. Plus, its time-saving features \u2014 such as templates and different note types \u2014 make using Evernote for taking notes and work a more intuitive and personalized experience in general.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
From the note list, tap the options button (three dots) to view more options. Tap Select notes, then select the note(s) you want to duplicate. Tap the options button (three dots) again, then tap Duplicate. A copy of the note is created in the same notebook as the original.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Click a note from your note list, then hold the Shift key on your keyboard and select another note. All of the notes in between the two selected notes will become selected. On the blue bar at the bottom of the screen, click the More actions button (three dots) and select Export as PDF…. Choose your page options.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

If you want to share your notebook with your entire team or organization, sometimes it’s easier to copy and paste a link to the notebook into an email and use a group distribution list to send out. In OneNote, you can choose to create a view link or an edit link.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Just use a file synchronization software, like Dropbox, Google Drive, Bittorrent Sync, etc., and create the Notebook in a directory shared by both of you.
