  1. To make it easier, have the two layers on top of each other.<\/li>\n
  2. Hide all layers exept from one of the two to merge.<\/li>\n
  3. Select all objects in the layer (only layer that is visible).<\/li>\n
  4. Hit Shift+PgUp or Shift+PgDown, depending on if the other layer is on top of current layer or below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/p>\n<\/ol>\n
