At Adobe, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we are focused on creating a workplace that reflects the diversity of the world we live in – where everyone feels included and respected and has an opportunity to make an impact. This is at the heart of our Adobe For All mission: to advance equality and inclusion for all and continue to celebrate the unique stories, backgrounds and perspectives that make each of us who we are.

We are taking a multidimensional approach to drive greater diversity and inclusion at Adobe and beyond. In 2018, we achieved global gender pay parity and have reaffirmed it every year since. We also introduced opportunity parity to ensure equity and fairness in promotions and horizontal movement across demographic groups. Last June, together with our Black employees, Adobe launched the Taking Action Initiative (TAI) to accelerate representation, growth, and advancement for the Black community and we set aspirational goals to focus on recruiting underrepresented candidates. And to benchmark our commitment to foster an inclusive and supportive environment, we continue to participate in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index and Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index and Disability:IN’s Disability Equality Index.

We are proud of the great strides we’ve made to continue to achieve our Adobe For All vision and have learned so much along the way. While we know that there is so much left to do, one thing is clear: there is an inextricable link between how we hire, develop and grow talent. Our diversity & inclusion are deeply intertwined with how we think about continuing to grow and develop our talent.
