Head up to Filters > Shadows and Glows > Drop Shadow to bring up the Drop Shadow box. You notice the options: Blur radius, Opacity, and Offsets. Make sure to check Live preview so you can see the changes in real time (and don’t forget to hit Apply when you’re done).
