Red and Blue Effect with Photoshop
This Red and Blue effect is inspired by a Hindu movie called Raaz Reboot, in this tutorial we will reproduce the effect mentioned using simple Photoshop techniques.

Photoshop version used : Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 but compatible with all versions of Photoshop.
Intermediate level
Time required: 20mn
To start the job, open a new document from 780 × 780 pixels , resolution 72dpi Colors RGB8bits .
Then, import the following image into your document or choose another Model.
Then add a Selective Correction adjustment layer by going to Menu> Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Selective Correction.
Now duplicate or re-import the model image twice and adjust them to eye levels like this
Then erase the outlines, change their opacities in lighten and reduce opacity To 50% .
Now add a new gray layer 50% going in Menu> Layer> New> Layer.
Take the density tool – with an exhibition of 20% and lighten the model as shown in the picture below.
Then import the following texture into your working document.
Now with the eraser tool (E) or a layer mask erase the part that covers the face.
Then change its fusion mode in lighten and reduce its opacity To 42% .
After, go to Menu> Image> Adjustments> Hue and saturation and reduce the saturation To -47 .
Then add a new layer ( Ctrl + Shift + N ), take the gradient tool (G) and draw a small linear black to transparent gradient.
Now add a fill layer solid color Blue # 0096ff going in Menu> Layer> New Fill Layer> Solid Color .
Next, Mask off part of the fill layer by painting with Black on the latter’s layer mask.
Then change its fusion mode in substraction .
Add another fill layer solid color with the same color # 0096ff.
Next, Mask the major part of the fill layer by painting with black on the layer mask of the latter in order to obtain the following result.
Then change its fusion mode in Inlay .
Now create a new layer, and draw some smoke using the following Brushes (To install the Brushes follow this tutorial) and the color # d67a1a.
Then change its fusion mode in Colour density – and reduce its opacity to 28%.
Create another layer and do the same on the other side using the color Blue # 2692e5.
After, change its fusion mode in Inlay and reduce its opacity To 70% .
Finally, add Levels adjustment layer by going to Menu> Layer> New adjustment layer> Levels.
