Fortune names Adobe one of the top 50 ‘World’s Most Admired Companies’

It’s always an honor to be recognized with an award, but we feel especially proud to be named to Fortune’s ”World’s Most Admired Companies” list. This is our second time making it into the top 50, and we’ve moved up on this list since last year: We are No. 40 this year vs. No. 47 in 2020.

To select its top 50 All-Stars, Fortune partnered with global management consulting firm Korn Ferry to survey 3,770 executives, board members and analysts, who were asked various questions around the following nine attributes:

Ability to attract and retain talented people
Quality of management
Social responsibility to the community and the environment
Innovativeness
Quality of products or services
Wise use of corporate assets
Financial soundness
Long-term investment value
Effectiveness in doing business globally

Adobe’s business strategy, which is rooted in an employee-first culture and purpose-driven approach, is certainly paying off. In fiscal year 2020, a year like no other, we achieved record annual revenue of $12.87 billion, which represents 15 percent year-over-year growth.

This award from Fortune is just further confirmation that our commitment to people, culture and purpose is working and it is also earning us respect from our business peers. That makes us even more confident in our business strategy going forward and the work that our amazing teams are doing.
